By leveraging real-time data collection, seamless system integration via REST APIs, & advanced dashboard implementations, the project aimed to streamline monitoring and reporting in the plant for enhanced energy efficiency,  

Challenges 

The absence of advanced real-time monitoring and automated reporting systems limits operators' ability to make swift, data-driven decisions, reducing plant efficiency and affecting power quality. It also complicates ABT calculations, schedule tracking, and grid parameter monitoring. The key challenge was to enhance operational efficiency while ensuring accurate and reliable data collection. 

Solutions 

We developed NSP Envision Energy, an advanced online energy management system. A comprehensive online energy management solution leveraging NSP Envision IoT Edge, our real-time energy monitoring system optimizes energy usage and reduces costs. Additionally, NSP Envision IoT Insight empowers operators with actionable intelligence through its Monitor-Analyze-Act framework.
