NSP’s 6th Annual Town Hall Meeting brought together employees, leaders, and partners for a day of strategic insights, business updates, milestone celebrations, and future-focused collaboration. Held on 18th July 2025 at NSP Square, this flagship event is a cornerstone of our company culture—reflecting on achievements, recognizing excellence, and aligning everyone with our vision for the years ahead.
The carefully curated agenda for the NSP Town Hall Meeting 2025 highlights NSP’s commitment to organizational growth, innovation, and team synergy. Sessions were tailored to inspire, inform, and align team members with NSP’s business strategy.
Mr. Manoj Kumar extended a heartfelt welcome to all NSPians at the 6th Annual Townhall, highlighting two key reasons that made this edition particularly special: NSP’s strong enterprise ecosystem and highlighting business growth presentations from unit heads aligned with organizational goals.
He reinforced NSP’s mission—to be the most trusted software technology partner for customers and partners—while focusing on the core values that drive our collective journey. Presenting the financial overview for FY 2024–25, Mr. Kumar shared encouraging figures in revenue and sales growth, along with a promising business pipeline and strong order backlogs, particularly in the Telecom, Infrastructure, and Energy sectors.
Underscoring NSP’s commitment to strategic collaboration, he announced three new strategic partnerships. He reviewed the status of annual business goals, noting that the company had delivered exceptionally well on its promises. Among the key highlights was the successful transition to a project-centric approach—an achievement he credited to the Assisto team, especially commending their progress and innovation in GenAI capabilities.
Looking ahead to FY 2025–26, he announced increased outlay for R&D and innovation, with a strong focus on SDLC, project delivery excellence, white-collar productivity, and expanding NSP’s presence in the USA and UAE. He also outlined NSP’s forward-looking strategic roadmap, which includes integrating AI into service delivery and positioning cybersecurity as a core business pillar. While focusing on strengthening sales and marketing capabilities to support growth and unlock new revenue streams. The roadmap also includes plans to scale NSEdu as a flagship solution and expand NSP’s footprint across India, the USA, Europe, and the UAE.
To support this roadmap, Mr. Kumar outlined the key organizational changes aimed at eliminating role overlaps and establishing clear, structured career paths across all functional areas. He concluded, saying that NSP will gain strength as a projectized organization.

Business unit heads and group managers’ presentation highlighting their teams’ achievements, and the business goal aligned with NSP’s strategic goals, was next on the agenda.
Mr. Ramachandra Joshi introduced the Technology Enablement Group (TEG) as the central hub for solving tech challenges across the organization. Mr. Punith Bharadwaj emphasized that anyone leveraging emerging technologies is already part of TEG, which is committed to democratizing innovation and strengthening NSP’s tech community. Highlighting recent milestones, he highlighted GenAI-driven initiatives—such as chatbots, computer vision applications with tools, infrastructure, and frameworks firmly in place; the group is fully production-ready. Looking ahead, TEG is focused on building a centralized tech repository, promoting cross-team collaboration, and accelerating innovation. He encouraged all Nspians to contribute and concluded with the exciting announcement of an upcoming Innovation Challenge and Hackathon.
Mr. Rajesh Ramaswamy outlined the accomplishments and vision of the Project Management Office (PMO). He explained that the PMO plays a pivotal role in ensuring project excellence through standardized processes, governance, capability building, and audit-driven quality assurance. Emphasizing NSP’s transition towards a projectized organization—echoing Mr. Manoj Kumar’s earlier remarks—he described how Assisto empowers project managers with greater autonomy once a project is signed off or budget-approved, enabling them to drive success by adhering to clearly defined principles.
Mr. Rajesh highlighted the significant achievement of attaining CMMI Level 3, marking a shift from maturity to managed processes, with integrated frameworks across the organization. Looking ahead, the PMO is committed to achieving CMMI Level 5 and plans to reach Level 4 for selected projects in 2025, demonstrating its focus on continuous improvement and excellence.
Mr. Arnab Ghoshal, Group Manager of the Security Business Unit, shared the unit’s vision of “Empowering a Secure Digital World.” He introduced the key projects and the dedicated teams behind them, highlighting BU’s dual focus on biometric technology and cybersecurity. He spoke about the goals for NSP’s innovative biometric solutions, including Aikya, the Visitor Management System, and customized BT software services. Mr. Ghoshal emphasized the BU’s mission to establish a strong foothold in the cybersecurity landscape, spanning biometrics, general cybersecurity, and OT security. He also outlined the challenges successfully tackled and the client recognition that resulted in repeat business. He concluded by presenting a clear and actionable roadmap for 2025–2026, positioning the BU for continued growth and innovation.
Mr. Rajesh Ramaswamy, who leads the Industrial Automation vertical, provided a brief overview of current customers and business segments. He shared the key achievements for FY 2024–25, including the successful implementation of IoT Edge solutions, particularly in the energy and HVAC sectors. Looking ahead to FY 2025–26, he outlined the vertical strategic goals—expanding team strength and expertise, accelerating growth in energy solutions, and scaling the NSP Envision™ IoT Edge Platform and NSP Insights.
Mr. Ramachandra Joshi, who heads the Project Engineering Services vertical, outlined the goal of integrating Gen AI across various functions, including chatbots, media creation, product development, and design. He proposed a focused six-pronged approach, beginning with an intensive drive for Gen AI adoption, upskilling the workforce, and further enhancing engineering capabilities to align with evolving business needs.
The UI/UX vertical, led by Ms. Madhumitha, is focused on crafting intuitive, user-centered designs that enable seamless digital experiences. She outlined the vertical three core functions: product design, website design, and brand identity. Reflecting on the progress and challenges faced during 2024–25, she presented a clear action plan for moving forward. To address design-related challenges, an NSP Own Design System Framework has been established to provide a unified experience across all NSP products. Looking ahead, the team’s goal is to further elevate user satisfaction, increase adoption rates, and optimize feature usability.
The IT Infrastructure (ITInfra) vertical, a well-established division within NSP, was presented by Mr. Vinoth Kumar. He highlighted key client project accomplishments, alongside the successful rollout of major internal infrastructure initiatives—including NSP’s first security system implementation. A major milestone for the division was the successful implementation of NSP’s own cloud infrastructure. Looking ahead, the ITInfra team aims to drive extensive technology adoption through operational implementation, AI-driven advancements, and the deployment of next-generation AI-enabled infrastructure, such as modern data centers and AI-integrated servers.
QA activities are an incredibly significant part of effective development. Ms. Kshitija Vyapari, Project Head of QACoE. She highlighted the team’s achievements and introduced the QA team at NSP. The fully operational QA Center of Excellence has completed projects for automation testing. For 2025–26, the focus is on expanding automation coverage, reducing manual effort, and improving defect detection through early integration and analytics. Emphasis will be on KPI-driven optimization by streamlining test cases and targeting high-risk areas.
Mr. Yash Kumar highlighted the achievements of NSP’s youngest yet fast-evolving division, Digital Marketing — which focuses on enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement through strategic online initiatives. He highlighted the impressive performance of recent marketing campaigns across various channels. Looking ahead, he outlined a comprehensive, data-driven strategy aimed at positioning NSP as a globally trusted name in product engineering.
NSP has established a global footprint in the software product segment with flagship offerings like Assisto, Scool360, and Campus360plus. Mr. Charles Anderson presented the achievements, goals, and challenges associated with these products. Highlighting Assisto, he acknowledged the team’s dedication and introduced recent enhancements, such as the Goal Creation module and improvements in resource allocation for project management. He also outlined the product roadmap, including UI upgrades and new module integrations.
On the Edutech front, he discussed how the team addressed challenges in fee collection, attendance management, and parental engagement, leading to significant product refinement. For 2025–26, the focus will be on boosting customer satisfaction and retention through enhanced product quality and stronger support.
Another innovative product from NSP is Notify, designed to significantly shorten the time from initial outreach to lead conversion, as highlighted by Mr. Yash Kumar. The product is set for beta release in August, with a clear roadmap for growth and expansion. By 2026, Notify is expected to be fully equipped with built-in intelligence and automation features, enhancing its effectiveness and scalability.
Next, Mr. Suresh MJ took the stage to highlight the achievements and strategic direction of the Sales division. He outlined a focused strategy built around six key areas aimed at driving business growth. existing business and forging new product-wise partnerships to successful participation in key events. He concluded with ambitious goals for 2025–26, emphasizing plans to boost revenue, grow the client base for EduTech products, and maintain active engagement through industry events.
Ms. Swati Priya, Managing Director, highlighted the key achievements and forward-looking initiatives of the HR department at NSP. The HR vertical made notable progress in enhancing workforce strength, achieving tangible outcomes in training and development, and driving automation. A significant milestone has been bridging the gap between industry and academia through targeted programs. She also shared encouraging insights from the Net Promoter Score, reflecting an increase in promoter ratings and a reduction in detractors. Looking ahead, the HR function is set to become more agile and data-driven, supported by AI-enabled tools and improved employee engagement practices. The roadmap for 2025–26 includes the launch of comprehensive HR Managed Services through NSHR, leveraging the team’s deep expertise.
