Building a Security-First Culture Through Hands-On Cyber Security Training.

At NSP, we are dedicated to continuously upskilling our workforce, recognizing that strong cybersecurity is key to delivering secure and innovative products and services. As cyber security threats and industry trends rapidly evolve, ongoing education is key to maintaining excellence. 

To reinforce this commitment to cyber security, NSP recently organized a specialized, one-day Cyber Security training session in partnership with Positive Technology (PT). The session focused on real-world Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), while also delivering crucial insights into network and application security. 

This intensive cyber security training session brought together participants from academia, industry, and subject matter experts for a rich and diverse learning experience. This collaborative mix fostered a dynamic exchange of ideas and brought multiple perspectives into focus, making the session highly enriching. 

The session was structured into four intensive modules and included: 

• Introduction to VAPT Concepts and Context 

• Methodologies, Tools & Vulnerability Management 

• Core Exploitation Techniques and Defense Considerations 

• White-Box Testing 

The training session included theoretical discussions followed by hands-on analysis and exploitation exercises within controlled environments, allowing participants to immediately apply their learning in realistic scenarios. 

Internationally recognized cybersecurity experts led the program — Mr. Igor Stolyarov, a renowned authority on vulnerabilities, and Mr. Artem Pavlov, a specialist in penetration testing. Their deep expertise and real-world experience brought immense value to the session, making complex concepts accessible and actionable. Employees gained essential skills to effectively identify, assess, and mitigate security vulnerabilities in real-world scenarios. The training proved to be a resounding success, with many participants earning certifications—strengthening our internal security capabilities and boosting our collective readiness to tackle cybersecurity challenges head-on.
