NSPlus Technology Bangalore marked its 6th Annual day and Founder’s Day at NSP Square with immense enthusiasm and pride. This special occasion commemorated the journey that shaped NSPlus Technology. With active participation from all NSPians, the celebrations featured inspiring speeches, cultural performances, and engaging sessions that strengthened the spirit of unity.
Founder’s Day is a tribute to the visionaries who built the foundation of our organization. It fosters unity, gratitude, and inspiration among employees while reinforcing our core values and culture. It is also a time to honor the dedication and achievements of our team, reflect on past achievements, and set new milestones for future success. It also marked the birthday of our founder and CEO Mr.Manoj Kumar.
Our CEO, in his Founder’s Day address, expressed gratitude to NSPians, emphasized the importance of calculated risks, highlighted NSP’s 100% project success rate, and shared future plans for growth in PES, IA, Security, Edutech, and ESOPs, inspiring everyone to strive for excellence and innovation.
NSP’s Founder & CHRO, Swati Priya, highlighted the company’s five core USP that define NSP and drive its success. Business heads shared key insights: Rajesh Ramasamy emphasized balancing People, Process, and Technology, while Ramachandra Joshi urged continuous learning and excellence. Suresh M J encouraged learning from mentors, and Manas stressed effective task management amidst challenges.
This occasion also provided an opportunity to appreciate and honor our exceptional team members whose dedication and hard work have been vital to our success. The celebrations featured vibrant cultural performances, including a Bollywood group dance and a classical Bharatanatyam recital. Following an engaging interactive session, the festivities continued into the night at Euphoria with music, dance, and a special celebration of our CEO’s birthday.
